After swimming at the YMCA yesterday, I decided to walk on the beach at Sandy Hook, here in NJ. It was still cloudy, with light rain. But as I walked, the rain stopped. By the time I was done walking, the sun starting coming out -- you could see a beautiful sunset, on the horizon! Too bad I didn't have a camera with me. It was symbolic, too. Even when there are clouds, just wait, trust in God, and soon the sun will shine again! What made this day special, was that I never planned on walking on the beach. After a few days of rain, it was not a day to be going there. But now I'm glad I went. It turned out to be a beautiful experience!
